Existing lab work is reviewed, with guidance on whether additional testing may provide further clarity. Medications and supplements are assessed for potential nutrient interactions, and personalized health goals are outlined based on your needs and priorities. After the session, you receive a detailed written summary of your plan along with access to secure messaging through Practice Better to support you between visits.

Follow-Up Appointments - $95
These 45-minute sessions focus on tracking your progress, reviewing lab results, and refining your nutritional strategy. We'll discuss medication-nutrient interactions and introduce personalized lifestyle recommendations. Each appointment includes a written summary and educational handouts.

GLP-1 Weight Loss Support
Individuals using GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, or similar agents for weight loss or metabolic health can benefit greatly from nutritional support. This 2-hour home visit includes a comprehensive inventory of your food and household items. We'll evaluate product health impacts, recommend low-toxicity swaps, and provide education on environmental toxins and food label reading.

Our lab analysis service provides a comprehensive review of your test results. I’ll explain out-of-range markers, offer recommendations for restoring nutritional balance, and suggest additional testing if necessary to ensure a complete health evaluation.
